The White Paper on Research, Development and Innovation in the Czech Republic (zip, 0,5 MB) follows–up the Green Paper on Research, Development and Innovation in the Czech Republic and formulates measures that should lead to an enhancement of the national innovation system and result in fulfilment of the vision outlined in the Green Paper. The White Paper was prepared in co-operation with a group of prominent experts from public research, universities, private companies and state administration and was adopted by the Research and Development Council as one of the base documents for setting the new National R&D and Innovation Policy for 2009 – 2015 period.
